Our Story
For over 15 years, Shantanu Chand, the founder of Oloi Shorua Coffee, has been on a quest to discover the best coffee the world has to offer. His travels took him to the Ethiopian highlands, where he uncovered the rich and complex flavors of Ethiopian coffee. In the highlands of Kenya, he found the renowned Kenyan AA coffee, celebrated for its bold and vibrant taste. Like Christopher Columbus of the coffee world, Shantanu then ventured to Central America, where he was captivated by the unique profiles of Guatemalan and Costa Rican coffees.
